Yigal Rappaport, negotiator par excellence, has been a prominent fixture in the Washington DC real estate landscape for almost 30 years. His diverse experience includes owning his own real estate brokerage with 15 agents in the 1980’s, breeding and racing thoroughbred race horses, and veteran of two wars. The only thing he loves more than the horses is his daughter Danielle. She is the light of his life. |

Patrick Alspaugh
began his career in the real estate industry when he met Yigal
Rappaport in 2002. Since then, he has managed the real estate office,
become a licensed sales person in Washington DC and Maryland, and
learned more than he ever expected about the care of horses. Coming
from a long line of real estate professionals, Patrick hopes to carry
on the legacy of his late uncle and grandfather.

Isaac Pearce joined our team in 2007. He handles bookkeeping for the office, as well as the property management services we provide. He has extensive knowledge of construction and repair, including plumbing and electrical. He likes to be very busy all the time, and we are very happy to accommodate him. He spends most of his spare time making music in his church, playing keyboard, bass, drums, and singing.
